Mental Health and Wellness

  • According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one in five students living in the United States demonstrates signs or symptoms of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression and trauma.

Lindbergh Schools has partnered with several community organizations to assist students and families needing additional support in the areas of mental health and wellness. The resources listed below have been carefully selected by our school social workers for improving the health, well-being and academic success of students. They are trusted links between the home, school and community that can create positive, lifelong habits to help students succeed not only in academics, but also in life.

Our school social workers are available to help answer any questions, as well as connect students and families to these community resources. Please reach out to us if you need help or feel free to contact these resources directly for assistance.
